I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a stunning pool with a fantastic view. The location was perfect, in a quiet area close to the beach, but also within easy access to Punta Sur, Playa Norte, and the ferry terminals. Additionally, the free breakfast was huge and delivered right to my room.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing - they were helpful, kind, and respectful throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to assist me, even arranging for medication to be brought in from Cancun when I forgot mine. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, situated on the southwest coast of the island and just a short golf cart ride away from the popular areas. The breakfast provided at the nearby beach club was delicious, and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being spacious and well-maintained. The facilities at Kin Ha beach club, which was just a short walk away, were fantastic. The stunning pool, ocean swing, and free kayaking/paddleboarding provided ample entertainment. The location of the hotel, although further away from the main part of the island, was perfect for those seeking a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the hotel's agreement with the beach club ensured a delicious breakfast with an amazing ocean view every morning.
Can't fault the property in any way.
The location on the Southwest coast of the island allowed us easy access to the more popular areas. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast in two different restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
